Students of 28 primary schools in Luohu — including schools exclusively for Hong Kong students — and the Stewards Pooi Kei Primary School in Hong Kong, held a "cloud class meeting" online.

As required by the activity, all students sang the national anthem of the People's Republic of China before the meeting began. Singing the national anthem gave the singers a feeling that they are united.

Due to the resurgence of the COVID-19 pandemic, the students in Luohu and Hong Kong study online courses at home.

Some students showed their paintings, and others sang songs and put on shows.

A student surnamed Qiu from the Stewards Pooi Kei Primary School in Hong Kong said, "I am happy to meet the friends in Luohu online. My parents and I are happy to see the heartwarming encouragements and comments left by the Luohu classmates on the online forum for the activity."

The Stewards Pooi Kei Primary School in Hong Kong and the Cuibei Experimental School in Luohu are sister schools.
