The 2018 Beijing Forum on Human Rights was held in the Chinese capital on Sept. 18. Xu Lin, deputy head of the Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and minister of the State Council Information Office of China (SCIO), hosted the opening ceremony.
