Senior CPC official calls for making new contributions in new era

A senior official of the Communist Party of China (CPC) called for local officials and people to continue studying the guiding principles of the sixth plenary session of the 19th CPC Central Committee and make contributions in the new era while forging ahead on the new journey.

A senior official of the Communist Party of China (CPC) called for local officials and people to continue studying the guiding principles of the sixth plenary session of the 19th CPC Central Committee and make contributions in the new era while forging ahead on the new journey.

Huang Kunming made the remarks during an inspection tour to Xunwu county in Ganzhou city, Jiangxi province, from Jan. 3 to 4. He is a member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and head of the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee.

He also called for the government to provide diverse public education on Party history and its historic achievements, and to produce more high-quality artworks and new media products with revolutionary themes. 

He said that Xunwu got rid of poverty thanks to the leadership of the Party and the efforts of all its people, and should foster its industries, conserve the environment, and further benefit people with cultural services.
