"The primary-level Party organizations lay the foundation for the CPC's governance," said Fu, "They are the foundation of the CPC's work and its capacity to take on challenges."

In tackling major challenges including pandemic control, poverty alleviation, and flood control and relief, Party organizations at various levels have become pillars of strength and Party members across the nation have played the role of spearheading the Party's policies, Fu noted.
