China's VAT rebates help to ease difficulties for small business

China has refunded value-added tax (VAT) credits worth 917.8 billion yuan (US$130.3 billion) for micro- and small-sized enterprises, helping to ease their difficulties and keep the operations of market entities stable, an official said at a press conference in Beijing on Wednesday.
