The State Council Information Office of China (SCIO) will hold a press conference at 10 a.m. on Oct. 29, 2019. Han Jun, deputy director of the Office of the Central Rural Work Leading Group and vice minister of agriculture and rural affairs, as well as official from the Office of the National Steering Committee for Ethical and Cultural Progress, will brief the media on the Guideline on Furthering the Transformation of Social Norms and Customs and Promoting Social Etiquette and Civility in Rural Areas.
