The State Council Information Office of China (SCIO) will hold a press conference at 3 p.m. on Oct. 17, 2019. Peng Huagang, secretary general and spokesperson of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, will brief the media on the performance of China's centrally-administered state-owned enterprises (SOEs) in the first three quarters of 2019.
