The State Council Information Office of China (SCIO) will invite officials to brief the media about the preparations and arrangements for the closing ceremony of the Beijing Expo 2019 at 10 a.m. on Oct. 8, 2019. They include:
Gao Yan, chairperson of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, vice director of the Organizing Committee of the Beijing Expo 2019 and executive director of the Executive Committee of the Beijing Expo 2019;
Jiang Zehui, president of the China Flower Association, vice director of the Organizing Committee of the Beijing Expo 2019 and executive director of the Executive Committee of the Beijing Expo 2019;
Wang Hong, vice mayor of Beijing, a member of the Organizing Committee of the Beijing Expo 2019 and vice director and secretary general of the Executive Committee of the Beijing Expo 2019;
Zhou Jianping, executive director general of the Beijing International Horticultural Exhibition Coordination Bureau;
Yu Bo, chief of Beijing's Yanqing district.
