The State Council Information Office of China (SCIO) will hold a press conference to present a white paper titled "Nuclear Safety in China" at 10 a.m. on Sept. 3, 2019. Liu Hua, vice minister of ecology and environment, and Xi Yanchun, spokesperson of the SCIO, will brief the media about the white paper.
Simultaneous English interpretation will be provided.
