The State Council Information Office of China (SCIO) will invite officials from northwest China's Shaanxi province to brief the media about the province's efforts to improve governance and promote all-round development at 10 a.m. on Aug. 28, 2019. They include:
Hu Heping, secretary of the Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and chairman of the Standing Committee of the Shaanxi Provincial People's Congress;
Liu Guozhong, vice secretary of the CPC Shaanxi Provincial Committee and governor of Shaanxi province.
An exhibition on Shaanxi province will be held in the press conference hall.
