The State Council Information Office of China (SCIO) will hold a press conference at 10 a.m. on Aug. 16, 2019. Wang Guanghua, vice minister of natural resources, and Chen Chenzhao, vice general supervisor of national natural resources, will brief the media about China's third national land survey.
