The State Council Information Office of China (SCIO) will hold a press conference at 4 p.m. on Dec. 29, 2018. Issues on the Intellectual Property (IP) Court of the Supreme People's Court (SPC) will be presented by Luo Dongchuan, vice president of the SPC and chief judge of the SPC's IP Court, and Wang Chuang, vice chief judge of the SPC's IP Court.
