The State Council Information Office of China (SCIO) will hold a press conference at 3 p.m. on Dec. 27, 2018. Ran Chengqi, director of China Satellite Navigation Office and spokesperson of the BeiDou Navigation Satellite System (BDS), will brief the media on the completion of the basic system of BDS-3 and its global navigation services.
