The State Council Information Office of China (SCIO) will hold a press conference at 10 a.m. on Nov. 1, 2018. Lu Xinshe, secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Regional Committee, Chen Wu, deputy secretary of the CPC Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Regional Committee and governor of Guangxi, Fan Xiaoli, a member of the Standing Committee and head of the Publicity Department of the CPC Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Regional Committee, and Huang Junhua, vice governor of Guangxi, will brief the media on the social and economic development of Guangxi over the past 60 years, as well as preparations for the 60th anniversary of its founding.
