The State Council Information Office of China will hold a press conference at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 30, 2017. The arrangement for the Fourth National Constitution Day (Dec. 4) and the legal publicity work will be presented by Zhang Jun, minister of justice and head of the National Legal Publicity Office, and Tian Xuejun, vice minister of education.
