The State Council Information Office (SCIO) will hold a press conference at 10 a.m. on Nov. 2, 2017 (Thursday). Preparations for the First China International Import Expo will be introduced by Fu Ziying, China international trade representative and vice minister of commerce, Wang Bingnan, vice minister of commerce, and Zhou Bo, executive vice mayor of Shanghai.
