Chinese President Xi Jinping has appointed two new ambassadors in accordance with a decision by the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress.

Chinese President Xi Jinping has appointed two new ambassadors in accordance with a decision by the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress.

Zhao Bentang was appointed ambassador to Portugal, replacing Cai Run.

Niu Qingbao was appointed ambassador to Chile, replacing Xu Bu.
