Chinese President Xi Jinping has appointed three new ambassadors in accordance with a decision by the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, according to a statement from the national legislature Tuesday.

Chinese President Xi Jinping has appointed three new ambassadors in accordance with a decision by the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, according to a statement from the national legislature Tuesday.

Fan Xianrong was appointed ambassador to Ukraine, replacing Du Wei.

Du Wei was appointed ambassador to Israel, replacing Zhan Yongxin.

Sun Lijie was appointed ambassador to Slovakia, replacing Lin Lin.
