The delegation is led by Kiyohiko Toyama, a member of the New Komeito Party.

Huang, also head of the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee, said the two countries' leaders met in Osaka and reached a 10-point consensus in June, which offered direction for the development of bilateral relations.

He expressed hope for the two countries' political parties to seriously implement the consensus, strengthen communication, and deepen exchanges and cooperation to jointly promote continuous development of bilateral relations.

Toyama said Japan's political parties speak highly of China's major development achievements under the leadership of the CPC, and are willing to enhance exchanges to better benefit the two countries and the two peoples.
