Wang Xiaohui, deputy head of the Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and executive vice director of the Policy Research Office of the CPC Central Committee, met with a Lao delegation headed by Somsavat Lengsavad, former deputy prime minister of Laos and an adviser of the Central Committee of Lao People's Revolutionary Party, in Beijing on Sept. 5. The two sides exchanged views on the theoretical study of both the Communist Party of China and Lao People's Revolutionary Party.
