Liu Qibao attends theory seminar held by Chinese, Laotian parties

The Communist Party of China (CPC) and the Lao People's Revolutionary Party (LPRP) hold a theory seminar, the sixth seminar of this kind between the two parties, in Boao, south China's Hainan Province, June 22, 2017.
