The book, "Anecdotes and Sayings of Xi Jinping," is a compilation of the Chinese President's remarks during his previous speeches and articles.
By reading the book, we can increase our sense of responsibility and mission to tell good Chinese stories in a more active, assertive and confident way, said Tuo during the seminar.
He called for new and effective ways to make Chinese voices heard through new expressions that cater to both domestic and overseas audience.
Consisted of 109 stories, the book was edited by the Editorial Department of People's Daily and was published on June 8.
