"China Wild," a feature documentary on nature, is set to debut on China's state broadcaster and major streaming site on April 2.

The documentary was produced by the China Intercontinental Communication Center under the supervision of the State Council Information Office of China. A press conference on the documentary was held in Beijing on March 30.

The documentary presents the beautiful sceneries of China from the Tibetan plateau to the East China Sea, switching lens from the plains to nearly five kilometers above sea level, recording species in the ocean, forest, grassland, wetland and cities, and telling stories between human and nature. It is a showcase of China's biodiversity and achievements in ecological civilization construction since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.

The documentary will debut on TV on the CCTV Documentary Channel at 8 p.m., and on the web on Tencent Video at 9 p.m., from April 2 to 6.
