"Experience China" is a signature cultural event hosted by the State Council Information Office aimed at promoting Chinese culture across the world.

Editor's note: "Experience China" is a signature cultural event hosted by the State Council Information Office aimed at promoting Chinese culture across the world. Over the past two months, the event has been held in Finland, Russia, Germany, Egypt, the U.K. and Ireland, offering attendees a taste of the Chinese culture and enhancing their cross-cultural bond with China. Below is a list of the events hosted in these countries.

1. Finland: June 29 to July 3

The event featured a series of exhibitions and virtual reality interactive experiences to demonstrate Chinese art and culture.

"Experience China in Finland 2017" opens in the Finnish capital of Helsinki on June 29 to introduce Chinese culture to the north European country. [Photo provided to SCIO]
