Official: Jiangsu ranks 1st in foreign investment use for over 10 years

​Eastern China's Jiangsu province has ranked first in the country in terms of foreign investment use for over 10 consecutive years, with the figure reaching US$22 billion in the first three quarters this year, said Executive Vice Governor Fan Jinlong at a press conference Thursday.
