China's migrant worker population increases in first three quarters

The population of China's migrant workers from rural areas reached 183 million in the first three quarters of 2021, up 2% over the previous year. Meanwhile, the average monthly income of these migrant workers grew 10.4% year on year, reaching 4,454 yuan (about US$697).
