China calls for less traveling during Spring Festival to curb coronavirus spread

China published a series of guidelines to ask people to avoid traveling during the upcoming Spring Festival holiday, in a bid to ensure people's wellbeing and prevent the spread of COVID-19, according to an SCIO briefing on Wednesday.
