Skilled workers to form a large part of China's middle-income population

China's 200 million skilled workers have the big potential to form a large part of the middle-income population and play a larger part to boost domestic consumption during the 14th Five-Year Plan period (2021-2025), an official from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security said at an SCIO press conference on Friday.
