Chinese Academy of Sciences lifts 4 counties out of poverty

The Chinese Academy of Sciences took charge of the poverty alleviation work of four national-level poverty-stricken counties. Now, all four counties have been lifted out of poverty, according to an SCIO press briefing Friday.
