China's foreign debt sees stable growth in H1 2020

China's outstanding foreign debt was over US$2 trillion at the end of June, up 3.7% from the end of 2019. This is comparable to the quarterly growth of around 2% since April 2018, according to an SCIO press briefing on Friday.
