N. China sees great improvement in air quality

Compared to 2016, 28 cities in northern China saw a reduction of 22% in PM2.5 concentration and a drop of 40% in the number of days of heavy pollution in 2019, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment said at a press briefing Friday.
