Consumption-driven poverty alleviation campaign to start in September

Co-organized by 11 ministries and organizations, a nationwide month-long campaign dedicated to consumption-driven poverty alleviation will kick off in September, said Hong Tianyun, deputy director of the State Council Leading Group Office of Poverty Alleviation and Development, at Friday's SCIO press conference.
