Official: COVID-19 control measures apply to both Chinese and foreigners

Vice foreign minister Ma Zhaoxu said inspection, quarantine, and epidemic control measures taken by some Chinese cities on people coming from countries and regions hit hard by the coronavirus outbreak are aimed at protecting people's health and apply to both Chinese and foreign citizens.
