The State Council Information Office of China (SCIO) will invite three officials from the Ministry of Transport to brief the media about China's high-quality transport development at 3 p.m. on Dec. 27, 2019. They include:
Wu Chungeng, spokesperson and director-general of the department of policy studies of the Ministry of Transport
Wu Dejin, director-general of the highway department of the Ministry of Transport
Cai Tuanjie, spokesperson and deputy director-general of the department of transportation services of the Ministry of Transport
