The State Council Information Office of China (SCIO) will hold a press conference at 10 a.m. on April 18, 2019. Wang Chunying, spokesperson and chief economist of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange (SAFE), and also director general of the Balance of Payments Department at the SAFE, will brief the media on China’s foreign-exchange receipts and payments in the first quarter of 2019.
