The State Council Information Office of China (SCIO) will hold a press conference at 3 p.m. on Feb. 20, 2019. Han Changfu, deputy head of the Central Rural Work Leading Group, director of the Office of the Central Rural Work Leading Group, and also minister of agriculture and rural affairs, will brief the media on this year's "No. 1 central document" prioritizing development of agriculture and rural areas. The document was released Tuesday by the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the State Council.
