The State Council Information Office of China (SCIO) will hold a press conference at 10 a.m. on Aug. 16, 2018. Mr. Shi Jun, vice minister of public security, Mr. Huang Liuquan, deputy head of the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the State Council, and Mr. Long Mingbiao, deputy head of the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council will brief the media on credential-based facilitation measures for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents.
