The State Council Information Office of China (SCIO) will hold a press conference on the construction, maintenance and operation of rural roads and supply-side structural reform in the transport sector at 3 p.m. on Feb. 7, 2018.
The press conference will be attended by Mr. Li Xiaopeng, minister of transport, and Mr. Liu Xiaoming, vice minister of tranport.
