The State Council Information Office (SCIO) will hold a press conference at 3 PM on July 26 (Wednesday), 2017. Issues on the guideline on establishing a modern hospital management system will be introduced by Wang Hesheng, vice minister of the National Health and Family Planning Commission and head of the State Council Medical Reform Office.
