The State Council Information Office of China (SCIO) will hold a press conference at 10 a.m. on Oct. 22, 2019. Officials from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) will brief the media on the development of China's industries and the communications industry in the first three quarters of 2019. They include:

Huang Libin, MIIT spokesperson and director general of the Performance Inspection and Coordination Bureau of the MIIT;

Wen Ku, MIIT spokesperson and director general of the Bureau of Information and Communications Technology Development of the MIIT.
