The State Council Information Office of China (SCIO) will hold a press conference at 10 a.m. on Jan. 4, 2019. Liu Zhenyu, vice minister of justice, will brief the media on the full implementation of the system for disclosing information on administrative law enforcement, the system for recording entire enforcement process and the system for reviewing the legality of major administrative law enforcement decisions.
