A joint concert by artists from China and Mongolia was held in Ulan Bator on Tuesday night to celebrate the long-standing friendship between the two countries.

The two-hour concert attracted hundreds people, including overseas Chinese living in Mongolia.

The concert, entitled "Friendship 70," was co-organized by the Mongolian National Public Radio and Television and the Mongolian-language satellite TV of China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.

It was part of a series of activities to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between China and Mongolia.

More than 100 singers, musicians and dancers from Mongolia and China's Inner Mongolia participated in the concert.
