Rescue operation continues as death toll rises to 13 in China earthquake
Thirteen people died and nearly 200 were injured as of around 4 p.m. Tuesday after a 6.0-magnitude earthquake hit southwest China's Sichuan province on Monday night, local authorities said at a press conference.
