The Luohu district government held a meeting on April 14 to explain its latest supportive policies for enterprises.

Fan Defan, executive deputy head of the district, along with persons in charge of relevant departments and sub-district offices, and representatives of more than 300 enterprises took part.

Chen Xiaojun, director of Luohu enterprise service center, said the purpose of the activity was to keep the companies informed of the policies, learn about their problems, help them resolve their concerns, and improve services, so that they can enjoy the tangible benefits of the improvement of the district's business environment.

The district's development and reform bureau has vowed to build four 100-billion-yuan level zones; the district's industry and information bureau, and the district's science and technology innovation bureau explained the use of the special fund to boost Luohu's industrial transition and upgrading; the district's culture, radio, television, tourism and sports bureau also explained the implementation rules on the local policy to improve the business environment; the talent work bureau introduced its latest policies; the district's government affairs data administration bureau introduced the functions of the Luohu administrative service hall, and relevant government service software.

Some companies were given direct service cards during the meeting. With the card, they can directly access customized services from relevant departments of the Luohu district government.

Fan Defan said the purpose of the meeting was to strengthen cooperation between enterprises and the government, and to promote enterprise development.

He hoped the activity could become a friendship and cooperation bridge between the two sides.

Luohu would continue to improve its services for business, and create a better business environment and ecology for enterprises, he added.

In their speeches, representatives of some enterprises appreciated the support from the Luohu district government, pledging to continue to cooperate with the Luohu government to tap into their complementarity and seek common development.
