Poverty alleviation efforts taken in 'cliffside village' in China's Sichuan

Atulie'er Village, a "cliffside village" in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture in Sichuan, has built a 2,556-steps steel ladder to improve the travel conditions for locals. 4G network, banking service points for agricultural production, olive and notoginseng planting and tourism promotion services are now accessible to the villagers.
