On July 13, the QD762 flight from Siem Reap, Cambodia to Qinhuangdao landed smoothly at Qinhuangdao Airport, marking the launch of an international charter flight route between Qinhuangdao and the Cambodian city.
The flight service is operated by JC International Airlines. The flight schedule is three shifts every two weeks using an Airbus A320 passenger aircraft. This maiden flight carried 177 Chinese passengers.
The opening of the flight is believed to be aimed at helping to promote economic and trade relations as well as cultural exchanges and tourism between China and Cambodia.
This is the fourth international route launched this year in Qinhuangdao, Hebei province. The previous three fly to Yakutsk and Blagoveshchensk in Russia, and Da Nang, Vietnam.
