Liao Binsheng, 68, has taken care of his disabled daughter Liao Yonghong for 40 plus years. With a wife in bad health condition and a daughter born with cerebral palsy, Liao carries the whole burden of the family. With the help of local government, Liao found a job at a local library, and also earns money by planting vegetables and recycling wastes besides his work. [Photo/Xinhua]
