In the first few days, the scholars and teachers visited the Confucius Culture Park, the China Confucianism Museum and the South Confucius Temple. They will attend a variety of Confucian culture experience activities in Kaihua and Jiangshan of Quzhou in the next few days.

The south Confucius temple of Quzhou and ECNU have long been maintaining close communication and exchanges. ECNU invites deans of overseas Confucius Institutes to the South Confucius Temple every September to commemorate Confucius together with students of TCSOL major.

In 2016, the Confucianism Culture Experience Center of ECNU was founded during the Confucius Culture Festival commemorating the 2567th birthday of Confucius, which renewed its cooperation with the south Confucius temple.

"As a new milestone of the cooperation, the seminars innovate and enrich our training modes and curricula with more diverse cultural exchange activities and learning tours," said Zhou Yong, vice director of the global center for TCSOL of ECNU.
