Cui Yuying, vice minister of the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee and vice minister of the State Council Information Office (SCIO), met with Peter Walker, senior director of McKinsey's New York Office, in Beijing on Jan. 18.

Both sides exchanged views and opinions on how to introduce China in an objective way, eliminate prejudice and misunderstanding. Talking about Walker's new book, Cui expressed her expectation that the book will play a positive role in presenting an objective and real China to Western readers.
