Int'l dance festival in China's Xinjiang showcases diverse cultures

The 6th China Xinjiang International Dance Festival is currently underway in Urumqi, northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.
With a theme of "Dreams of Dance, Harmony of Silk Road," the festival attracted more than 1,000 artists from Asia, Europe and Africa, which lasts 17 days until August 5 and stages 60 performances.
The performances cover art forms such as ballet, folk dance drama and musical drama.
